Supervisor / Sub Agent Water Sector Location: Manchester 300 340 per day CIS Sector: Water / Utilities Contract: Long-term opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor / Sub Agent to join a leading Tier One contractor delivering major projects across the water sector. This is a hands-on site-based role for someone who is proactive, commercially aware and capable of driving works forward. You ll be expected to take ownership on site, push the programme, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. The Role * Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities. * Proactively drive the programme and ensure works remain on schedule. * Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality. * Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers and the wider delivery team. * Ensure works are carried out in accordance with RAMS, specifications and project requirements. * Complete and maintain relevant site paperwork and records. * Identify issues early and take a proactive approach to resolving them. * Monitor progress, productivity and quality of works. * Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained at all times. * Support the wider project team with planning, sequencing and delivery.
