We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join a growing delivery team working on infrastructure and utility projects across the Crewe region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering projects, with previous experience delivering works within the water or wastewater sector highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations on civil engineering projects.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.
  • Ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
  • Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.
  • Liaising with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders.
  • Managing site documentation, permits, RAMS, and reporting requirements.
  • Supporting project delivery from mobilisation through to completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the civil engineering sector.
  • Previous experience working on water, wastewater, utility, or infrastructure projects.
