Operating through multiple locations in the UK, they are one of the few contractors who can offer their clients a turn key solution to all the projects they undertake. Having secured a number of long term frameworks and some technically challenging projects, there is now a serious need to increase their management team in the Midlands. About the role:

As a Contract Manager, you will be the front face of the business in the eyes of their clients. Working with regional teams and internal specialists, you will oversee the development of effective scheme design through the stage gate process. You will also work closely with their clients throughout the early contractor involvement to explore commercial and operational improvements, bringing in innovation from our wider business.

Other elements to the role include:

  • Ensuring the regional contracts are mobilised in a timely and effective manner with detailed embedded plans, including close attention to health and safety.
  • Ensuring commercial systems and processes have been approved in accordance with all contract requirements.
