The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple civils and water infrastructure projects from design through to completion, ensuring safe delivery, commercial performance, programme compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through full lifecycle delivery including planning, construction, handover, and close-out
- Drive programme, budget, cost control, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure successful delivery
- Chair site meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, CDM regulations, HSE standards, and company procedures
- Oversee risk assessments, method statements, procurement, and project documentation
- Maintain quality assurance processes including ITPs, QA files, as-builts, and O&M manuals
- Support tendering, estimating, and identification of new business opportunities
About You
- Proven Project Management experience within Civils, Water, Rail, Process, or MEICA environments
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, programme management, and cost reporting
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- SMSTS & CSCS Manager Card essential
- Primavera P6 experience desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
