Project Manager - MEICA - Civil Engineering Covering multiple sectors in the civil engineering industry, our client is a highly respected and leading Tier 1 contractor.

Whilst there is UK and international presence their busiest region is London and the Southeast.

Having secured a number of major frameworks and highly specialist standalone projects there is now a need to increase their project management team.

They focus is to expanded on their MEICA delivery capability.

Although they have an established MEICA team the new project awards have created a need for the business to invest in this side of the business to expand their current team at the key leadership level.

Position Project Manager (MEICA) Location London Package - Negotiable Overview * Take ownership of projects from initial mobilisation through to practical completion and handover. * Establish clear delivery plans and ensure construction activities are properly planned and coordinated. * Manage project programmes, short-term planning and sequencing of works. * Monitor progress and take proactive action where programme or delivery issues arise. * Coordinate the activities of site teams, subcontractors, consultants and specialist contractors. * Manage the procurement and appointment of subcontractors and monitor their performance throughout the works. * Work closely with design teams to ensure information, approvals and te...
