We are currently recruiting multiple Concrete Operatives and established gangs for ongoing day work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long‑term work with a major, well‑established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.

  • Positions: Individual operatives and gangs welcome

Responsibilities:

  • Pour, level and finish concrete on live carriageways
  • Work with formwork and reinforcement
  • Carry out repairs and reinstatement works
  • Operate tools and equipment safely in a live traffic environment
  • Work efficiently as part of a gang or independently
  • Follow strict health & safety procedures, including traffic management protocols

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in concrete works, preferably within highways
  • Valid CSCS card (essential for all operatives)
  • Highways passport / relevant tickets preferred
  • Ability to work safely on live roads
  • Gangs must be fully experienced and able to work cohesively
  • Strong awareness of health & safety and site procedures
  • Reliable and able to commit to ongoing work
  • Full PPE required
