We are currently recruiting multiple Concrete Operatives and established gangs for ongoing day work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long‑term work with a major, well‑established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.

Responsibilities:
- Pour, level and finish concrete on live carriageways
- Work with formwork and reinforcement
- Carry out repairs and reinstatement works
- Operate tools and equipment safely in a live traffic environment
- Work efficiently as part of a gang or independently
- Follow strict health & safety procedures, including traffic management protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience in concrete works, preferably within highways
- Valid CSCS card (essential for all operatives)
- Highways passport / relevant tickets preferred
- Ability to work safely on live roads
- Gangs must be fully experienced and able to work cohesively
- Strong awareness of health & safety and site procedures
- Reliable and able to commit to ongoing work
- Full PPE required
