We are recruiting experienced Mechanical Fitters for a prominent and rapidly growing contractor delivering projects across the water and utilities sector. We're particularly interested in hearing from established gangs of two who have their own van and tools, although individual fitters are also encouraged to apply.

The Role

  • You'll be working on a variety of mechanical installation and modification projects, including:
    • Flow meter installations
    • Mechanical modifications and upgrades
    • Packaged plant installations
    • Pipework and associated mechanical works
    • General installation, maintenance and commissioning support

Location

The majority of work is located across Leicestershire and Derbyshire, with ongoing projects providing consistent work in the region.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
  • Experience within the water, utilities, or industrial sectors is advantageous
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Gang of two preferred
  • Own van and tools desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant CSCS/ECS or industry qualifications (where applicable)
