Position: Recruitment Consultants (all levels) Location: Manchester What’s on offer: * Established & active recruitment desk * Established PSL accounts ready to develop * Excellent base salary * Uncapped commission paying up to 25% * Hybrid working * Strong investment and ambitious growth plans * Incentives – European trips and Team night activities Key Responsibilities * Building relationships with professionals across civil engineering, technology and infrastructure sectors * Work with our existing clients and developing new business opportunities across the sector. * Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking. * Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews * Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage * Writing job adverts and candidate marketing campaigns * Supporting business development activities with prospective and existing clients * Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system * Developing market knowledge within your specialist sector * Working towards weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
