Join one of Manchester’s fastest‑growing property companies, a forward thinking, local business redefining how property is managed across the city. With continued growth across their residential and commercial portfolio and several internal promotions, they are now looking to appoint a Property Manager to take full ownership of a 100 residential unit portfolio across Greater Manchester.

You’ll be the central point of contact for both landlord and tenant, working with the support of Facilities, Accounts, and Lettings teams. Working closely with the Head of Residential, you’ll join a collaborative and ambitious team where KPIs are shared, aligned, and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end tenancy lifecycle: from referencing and move‑ins to deposit returns and disputes.
  • Coordinate maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring 80%+ of works are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate property records.
  • Monitor rental performance and support reviews to maximise yields.
  • Serve notices and manage renewals in line with legislation and company policies.
  • Oversee administrative tasks and maintain compliance and reporting accuracy.
