We are currently recruiting multiple Concrete Operatives and established gangs for ongoing day work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a major, well-established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.

Responsibilities:

  • Pouring, levelling, and finishing concrete on live carriageways
  • Working with formwork and reinforcement
  • Carrying out repairs and reinstatement works
  • Operating tools and equipment safely in a live traffic environment
  • Working efficiently as part of a gang or independently
  • Following strict health & safety procedures, including traffic management protocols

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in concrete works, ideally within highways
  • Valid CSCS card (essential for all operatives)
  • Highways passport / relevant tickets preferred
  • Ability to work safely on live roads
  • Gangs must be fully experienced and able to work cohesively
  • Strong awareness of health & safety and site procedures
  • Reliable and able to commit to ongoing work
  • Full PPE required
