Site Agent - Sewage Reservoir Scheme
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major sewage reservoir construction project in Moffat, Scotland, starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Agent with a strong civil engineering background, excellent IT skills, and a proven ability to manage site documentation and project paperwork to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.
- Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, permits, quality documentation, and health & safety paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures and client requirements.
- Liaise effectively with the project team, client representatives, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and assist in delivering the project on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering or water infrastructure projects.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital site management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high standard of paperwork and reporting.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- SMSTS certification.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
