Award-winning management consultancy seeks to hire a client-facing Consultant with expertise in operating model/op model for their team based in the Manchester area. This management consultancy specialises in delivering strategic Operating Model, Organisation Design and Culture Transformation projects to clients specifically within UK national critical infrastructure sectors such as Water, Energy, Transport, Highways and Rail.
As the successful Consultant you will currently possess experience in Operating Model and Organisation Design and will play a pivotal role on genuinely newsworthy strategic transformation programmes in the UK infrastructure sector. You will have a passion for people change consulting and will be given the opportunity to accelerate your career both professionally and financially in this ambitious highly-credible consulting team.
To be considered for this rare opportunity in Manchester you will:
- Have at least 2/3 years of work experience in a Strategy & Advisory or Change & Transformation role.
- Be able to demonstrate strong competencies in Operating Model and Organisation Design.
- Have Infrastructure sector experience in one or more of the following: Water, Energy, Transport, Rail and/or Highways. (This sector criteria is not essential but HIGHLY DESIRABLE).
