As Site Engineer, you'll provide engineering support across multiple projects in the West Midlands, establishing survey control, setting out works to contract drawings, and ensuring all quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish level and survey control; set out works accurately.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal/organisational standards.
- Resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Prepare procurement schedules, ITPs, task briefings, 2-week look-aheads, and site diaries.
- Liaise with Site Agents and procurement to ensure resource availability.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in civil engineering site work and setting out.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, H&S, and regulations.
- Skilled in robotic total stations/EDM instruments.
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- AutoCAD and MS Office skills.
- Temporary works coordination, CSCS, CAT training, first aid, NEBOSH/IOSH.
