We are currently partnered with an international stadia and venue market leader who are looking to hire an Associate Director (Mechanical) in Manchester as part of their next phase of growth. Having established a team of 10 engineers over the last 3 years, this business is looking for Mechanical discipline leadership as their 2026 project pipeline continues to expand with major schemes locally and overseas.
As Associate Director, the focus will be on technical, project and team leadership, with less of a need for Business Development. Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage multidisciplinary design of new venue and stadia as well as new stands and other mid-size works.
- Lead the Mechanical team, ensuring technical excellence on each design.
- Partner directly with the client to ensure project satisfaction and strong pipeline of upcoming works.
- Support the office director with strategic expansion of the office.
