Urban Chic is a premium serviced apartment brand operating across London and Abu Dhabi. We provide high-quality, design-led accommodation for corporate clients, relocation companies, and agency partners — and we're growing fast across both markets.
We're looking for a commercially driven Head of Corporate Sales to take ownership of our direct corporate channel and agency partnerships across the UK and UAE.
The Role
- Winning new direct corporate accounts — companies that need serviced accommodation for staff, contractors, and project teams — across both the London and Abu Dhabi portfolios.
- Managing and developing our existing relationships with agency partners, relocation companies, and direct clients, ensuring continuity of revenue and a high standard of account management.
- Introducing and activating new agency and booking platform partnerships to grow our indirect channel across both regions.
- Building and maintaining a strong new-business pipeline, tracked and managed through our CRM.
- Understanding the distinct seasonal and commercial dynamics of the UK and UAE markets and tailoring your approach accordingly.
- Feeding market intelligence back into the business — competitor activity, client demand, sector trends, and channel performance.
You will report directly to the Managing Director. Working arrangements are flexible — office or home-based — with travel to clients, agencies, and both the London and Abu Dhabi offices as the role requires.
About You
- Proven track record in a target-driven corporate sales role, ideally within serviced apartments, hotels, relocation, or a related sector.
- Confident and credible when engaging senior decision-makers, procurement teams, HR directors, and mobility professionals.
- Experienced in managing and growing agency and intermediary relationships, with the ability to identify and activate new partnerships.
- Disciplined pipeline manager — structured, proactive, and comfortable working to clearly defined quarterly targets.
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently, with the commercial instinct to prioritise effectively across multiple accounts and markets.
- Familiarity with the London or UAE corporate accommodation market is a strong advantage; experience across both is ideal.
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary with a structured, target-driven commission scheme across multiple earning streams — including direct corporate commission, a new agency introductory override, and performance bonuses.
- Uncapped earning potential — strong performance above target is directly rewarded.
- Real commercial ownership of two growing markets with an established client and agency base to build from.
- Flexible working arrangements — office or home-based, with the autonomy to manage your own time around client commitments.
- The opportunity to shape and lead the corporate sales function within a growing, ambitious brand.
This is a role for someone who thrives on targets, takes pride in building genuine business relationships, and wants their results to directly drive their earnings.
