As part of this role, you will provide crucial support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements: Required Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in handling tonic clonic seizure/management. Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Flexible to pick extra shifts as required. Positive/ happy and interactive person. Required Skills: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required. Strong communication abilities are necessary to effectively interact with individuals requiring complex care, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Flexibility: The ability to adapt to unpredictable situations is essential in this role. We require candidates who are flexible and willing to work additional shifts as required. This may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Positive Attitude: We are seeking individuals who possess a positive and cheerful demeanor. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be directly interacting with individuals with complex needs, and it is important to create a positive and supportive environment for them.
