This full-time on-site position offers great opportunities for career growth. The role is more than a ‘just post on Instagram’ job. We want someone who can plan, film, edit, publish and grow the content engine behind one of the UK’s most exciting private healthcare clinics. Urban Body is the only clinic in the UK to offer Physio, Neubie, HBOT and Red Light Therapy under one roof, supporting people over 50 and those living with neurological conditions such as FND, MS, stroke and MND.
You’ll be part of a fast-growing clinic with a huge vision for the future. Working closely with clinicians, patients and business leaders, you’ll bring ideas to the table, test new formats and see your work directly contribute to enquiries, bookings and business growth.
Responsibilities- Managing the Urban Body, Urban Body Neuro and Phil The Physio social media channels across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs and YouTube.
- Creating and publishing content using short-form and long-form video, copywriting and content frameworks.
- Planning and maintaining content schedules to ensure consistent posting across platforms.
- Researching content ideas based on audience interests, patient questions, search demand, trends and platform updates.
- Writing scripts for YouTube videos, social media videos, educational content and promotional campaigns.
- Setting up and operating cameras, lighting, microphones and teleprompters during filming.
- Filming clinicians, patient stories, behind-the-scenes content, educational videos and promotional content.
- Editing long-form YouTube videos with efficient turnaround times.
- Repurposing long-form videos into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Eurostaffs and YouTube Shorts.
- Creating optimised YouTube titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters and calls to action.
- Designing and producing marketing assets including posters, leaflets, digital displays, email graphics and promotional materials.
- Supporting campaigns, offers, events, book promotions, workshops and new service launches.
- Coordinating and filming patient testimonials, ensuring consent is properly recorded and stored.
- Engaging with audiences by responding to comments, messages and community discussions.
- Hosting or supporting live Q&A sessions to educate people about our services and treatments.
- Working with affiliate creators and partners to promote services and technology such as Neubie.
- Monitoring content performance and reporting on key metrics.
- Conducting monthly reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Keeping our digital content library organised, searchable and easy for the team to use.
- Uploading and managing content within Dropbox so footage, photography, scripts and assets are stored properly.
- Maintaining brand consistency across every piece of content we publish.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
- Strong hooks, captions, scripts and calls to action writing skills.
- Ability to film and edit high-quality video without a large production team.

- 10:30am – Capture short-form clips with a therapist showing a rehab exercise or explaining a treatment.
- 11:15am – Edit a testimonial clip for Urban Body Neuro.
- 12:00pm – Upload and schedule social posts across the relevant platforms.
- 12:30pm – Check comments and messages, respond where appropriate and flag anything clinical to the right person.
- 1:00pm – Team meeting or campaign planning session.
- 2:00pm – Edit a long-form YouTube video and create the title, thumbnail brief and description.
- 3:30pm – Design a digital display graphic for an upcoming clinic offer.
- 4:00pm – Review analytics from last week’s content and identify what performed best.
- 4:30pm – Organise footage and assets in Dropbox so everything is easy to find later.
- 5:00pm – Plan tomorrow’s priority content and update the calendar.
Every day will be different, but it will always be busy.
Location & ReportingThe role is based at the clinic in Olton, Solihull. You will work on-site daily as filming in a healthcare environment requires on-site presence. You will report to the Operations / Business Manager and work closely with the Business Owner, clinicians and front-of-house team.
