We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager in the Specialty Coffee Industry. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the daily operations in one of our specialty coffee shops in South Kensington. You will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high-quality standards, and create a positive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and team management.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, maintaining product quality, and promptly resolving customer concerns or issues.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of coffee enthusiasts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and merchandise, placing orders as necessary to maintain product availability.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Uphold the quality and consistency of coffee preparation, ensuring adherence to company standards and providing guidance to the team.
- Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry or a similar managerial role.
- Proficiency in espresso extraction, including grind adjustment, dosing, and tamping techniques.
- Skill in creating and pouring latte art designs, showcasing attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Food handling certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
