Urban Automotive is a global vehicle design, manufacturing & modification brand, based in the UK and recognised for OEM-level enhancements to luxury SUVs. Our flagship Milton Keynes showroom serves as a showcase for the brand, presenting finished vehicles and design philosophy to clients from the UK and international markets.
We’re looking for a confident, organised and personable Showroom & Community Engagement Executive to support the day-to-day running of our Urban Showroom and help bring our brand to life. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is great on the phone, comfortable on camera, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with the added perk of getting to experience some of the best cars in the world up close.
The Role
- Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
- Making follow-up calls to recent purchasers and carrying out customer service calls
- Acting as a welcoming host for customers visiting the showroom
- Creating and appearing in social media content (Reels, Stories, short-form video)
- Supporting daily social media activity and community engagement
- Handling ad-hoc admin duties and assisting with showroom organisation
- Supporting the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Performance & Bonus Structure
This role includes a KPI-based bonus scheme, rewarding performance across areas such as:
- Quality and consistency of customer follow-up calls
- Customer satisfaction and experience standards
- Contribution to social media content and engagement
- Showroom presentation and customer hosting experience
- Overall professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
