What You’ll Do
- Saying hi to climbers and coffee drinkers
- Helping newbies get set up on their first climb
- Offering a helping hand for adult and kids coaching
- Making a few coffees and flexing your barista skills (we’ll teach you how)
- Keeping things clean, tidy and safe

- A Basic DBS is required for this role. An Enhanced DBS and self-declaration form are required if you pursue coaching (TCH Funded)
It’s not essential, but it's also nice if you:
- Have customer service or hospitality experience in your back pocket
- Have a passion for climbing and an interest in promoting the sport to others
- Have coached before in any setting
- Can make cracking social content
- Know how to make a good coffee / have worked a till before
- Love having a natter with customers
