Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams ‚Workplace Support' suchen wir einen IT-Service Engineer (all genders) in Biberach an der Riß.
Aufgaben
- On Site Serviceabwicklung und -betreuung (Order- und Incident Management) im Rahmen des modernen digitalen Arbeitsplatzes – Workplace-as-a-Service bei einem weltweit agierenden Kunden im Pharma-Umfeld und im Technikbereich
- Betreuung von Kunden im IT Service Point
- Meeting Room-Support: Behebung von Störungen sowie Support von IT-Geräten in Konferenzräumen
- Auslieferung, Installation, Reparatur, Auf- und UmrĂĽstung von PC-Systemen
- Bearbeitung von Störmeldungen mithilfe eines Ticketsystems
- Einrichtung der PC-Systeme mit dem entsprechenden Kunden-Image
- Einrichtung und Betreuung von Special Devices (Barcode Scanner, Label Printer etc.)
- Austausch, Installation und Dokumentation von Komponenten im Netzwerkbereich (Access Points, Switche etc.)
- Patchen und Entstören von Telekommunikationsleitungen
- Aufbau, Abbau und Umbau von PC-Arbeitsplätzen
- Mitwirkung in Projekten rund um den Workplace Service
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (all genders) fĂĽr Systemintegration (oder vergleichbar)
- Sichere Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows 7/10/11 und Microsoft Office ab 2010
- Gute Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der eingesetzten Standard-Hardware PC/Notebook-Arbeitsplätzen (HP/Lenovo)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Telekommunikationsendgeräte (iPhones, iPads, Smartphones, VoIP)
- Von Vorteil sind grundlegende Kenntnisse in Active Directory
- WĂĽnschenswert sind Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-Technologien, Remote / VPN Access, Printserver und ITIL
- Fortgeschrittene Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie gute Kenntnisse im Englischen und/oder einer weiteren Fremdsprache (in Wort und Schrift)
