Urang Property Management Ltd is seeking an organised, professional, and proactive Front of House Administrator to join our growing team based at our Head Office in Fulham. This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of reception and front-of-house functions while providing administrative support across multiple departments. The role involves extended periods on your feet throughout the day and requires someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-of-house and reception operations professionally at all times
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients
  • Handle incoming calls and direct queries appropriately
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Arrange external postage and attend the Post Office when required
  • Provide administrative support to the Admin, HR, IT, and Utilities teams
  • Maintain office organisation, stationery supplies, and shared spaces
  • Assist with utility-related documentation and processes
  • Support the Office Manager and wider team with ad hoc duties
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment
  • Undertake responsibilities such as First Aider and Fire Warden following training
