Keys Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised Keys Assistant to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management, administration and organisation of keys across our property portfolio.
This is an office-based role suited to someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to keeping accurate records.
Previous experience in a similar administrative, property or facilities role would be highly advantageous.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding of keys for buildings within the portfolio.
- Recording and maintaining accurate key details on internal systems.
- Tagging new keys with QR codes and ensuring they are correctly stored.
- Organising and maintaining the key cupboard and ensuring keys are easy to locate.
- Managing the posting and tracking of keys sent to clients and other parties.
- Recording and following up on missing keys.
- Coordinating access to keys through reception.
- Maintaining accurate records of all keys and supporting the backlog of building onboarding.
- Ensuring keys are correctly archived or removed when properties leave the portfolio.
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.

- A methodical and reliable approach to record keeping.
- Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate information.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience in an administrative, property, facilities or similar role would be highly advantageous.

- Working Hours: 20 hours per week
- Salary: £14,500 per annum
- Contract: Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday & Tuesday, 9:00am–3:00pm; Wednesday, 9:00am–6:00pm
