About Urang

Property manager required for a young and successful Property Management company in Fulham/Putney that has a growing portfolio currently exceeding 6000 units.

The majority of our clients are RTMs/RMCs but we do have a very broad client base so you will have exposure to all aspects of block management across a varied portfolio.

We like our team to be well qualified and so we encourage staff to train through the IRPM and we are proud to have recently had our first property manager qualify as a full member of the RICS. All fees and memberships are covered by Urang.

When life returns to \'normal\' we will retain our hybrid approach to working. i.e. the option to work remotely for some of the week will remain.

We work hard and aim to provide a service to our clients and customers that is second to none. We are always working on new initiatives to achieve this and improvement ideas from all members of the team are welcomed.

  • Be fully IT literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving ability and common sense
  • Be able to work in a team but also be a self-starter – you will not be micromanaged.

About the role

The role will involve all of the usual block management tasks and we have multiple in-house support teams at your disposal (major works, credit control, insurance claims etc).

The block manager\'s role will include:

  • Dealing with clients\' day to day issues in a quick and efficient manner in line with industry guidance and best practice
  • Site inspections and organising /overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
