Job description
1. Franchise System Development & Relationship Management
- Establish and optimize the overseas franchise management system, including training programs, performance evaluation frameworks, and incentive mechanisms to drive franchisee engagement and compliance.
- Maintain longterm relationships with franchise partners through regular communication, conflict resolution, and brand value alignment.
2. Operational Support & Compliance
- Conduct periodic onsite visits to franchise stores to assess operational performance, provide tailored guidance, and address challenges related to staffing, inventory, or local regulations.
- Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for daily store operations, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality control.
3. Sales & Inventory Optimization
- Set and monitor store specific sales targets, analyze sales data to identify trends, and propose actionable strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, turnover rate optimization, and coordination with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
4. Store Launch & Visual Merchandising
- Assist franchisees in store decoration, layout planning, and grand opening activities to align with brand aesthetics and market positioning.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising across all stores to enhance brand identity and customer experience.
5. Market Research & Strategic Adaptation
- Conduct local market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, consumer behavior studies, and trend forecasting, to adapt business strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the Branding Department to design and execute localized marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Fashion Management, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fast-fashion retail operations, with prior exposure to overseas franchise management (highly desirable).
2. Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for cross-border communication; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales reports, market data, and financial metrics.
- Expertise in retail SOPs, visual merchandising, and inventory control systems.
3. Personal Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and internal teams
