An enterprise client who is a leading enterprise-class voice solutions provider is seeking skilled voice talents to collaborate on an exciting AI voice project. This role involves recording a variety of scripts in your natural voice to help develop a high-quality AI model. Selected talents will record scripted content that will be used to develop a voice model capable of replicating their tone, style, and vocal nuances. The client is committed to responsible and ethical AI development, and all participants will review and sign a consent agreement outlining the scope and permitted usage of their voice recordings. This is a direct hire opportunity with the client, and selected candidates will be onboarded directly to complete the engagement.

Job Description

  • Participate in 150–180 guided voice recording sessions with a voice coach to produce a minimum of 40 hours of completed audio recordings.
  • Record a variety of provided scripts using your natural speaking voice while maintaining consistent tone, pacing, and articulation.
  • Deliver high-quality audio files that meet the project's technical and recording specifications.
  • Maintain consistent recording conditions, including microphone placement and recording environment.
  • Collaborate with the project team and follow artistic direction to ensure clarity, diction, and vocal consistency across sessions.
  • Provide written consent for the approved and ethical use of voice recordings for AI voice development.

Qualifications

  • Clear, consistent, and professional speaking voice.
  • Ability to read scripted content with excellent diction, articulation, and consistent delivery.
  • Prior voice-over, narration, lecturing, or similar speaking experience is strongly preferred.
  • Access to high-quality recording equipment, including a microphone and a quiet recording environment (soundproofing preferred).
  • Strong attention to audio quality and the ability to follow technical recording specifications.
  • Ability to complete recording sessions and deliver files on schedule.

Audio Requirements

  • 24-bit, 48 kHz, mono
  • Unprocessed RAW .wav files -60 dB noise floor or better
  • Consistent microphone placement and recording environment
  • No file splitting required

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must not be affiliated with a union, guild, or organization that restricts participation in this type of project
  • Applicants cannot be located in Canada or the U.S. states of Washington, Illinois, Texas, or California
