Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth – Design and implement a regional sales strategy that generates new business, exceeds revenue targets, and positions Upwind as a leader in cloud security across EMEA. Adapt the plan to align with the unique characteristics of your market.
  • Lead Enterprise Sales Cycles – Own complex sales cycles end-to-end, identifying opportunities, guiding evaluations, and closing deals by aligning stakeholders and demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams – Partner with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer journey and accelerate value.
  • Deliver Predictable Results – Maintain data-driven forecasting, pipeline rigor, and a disciplined sales process, ensuring consistent growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Success – A history of closing large, complex deals across EMEA, with regional adaptability.
  • Domain Expertise – Experience selling to C-level and technical leaders in cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps, tailored to your region’s specific market.
  • Consistent Top Performance – A track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-growing technology companies.
  • Sales Methodology Expertise – Mastery of structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and a disciplined approach to enterprise sales.
  • Executive Communication Skills – Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.
  • Operational Excellence – Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
