We are an Executive Search firm specialised in finding senior talent for Hedge Funds and Asset Managers, working across Europe and North America looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team.
This role offers the opportunity to earn a high percentage commission fee for placing high earners in prestigious seats in hedge funds, asset managers and trading platforms.
The role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from market mapping and talent identification to offer negotiation.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present qualified talent to clients.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
