We are seeking 2 full time and 2 part time Support Workers to help provide care to our tenants and their families in our extra care service. Are you an experienced support worker? Do you have experience of supporting older adults in a home setting? If so, then we want you! The Sunhaven team are looking for people who are friendly, positive, and have a genuine passion to support others. You will play a key role in offering a person-centred service and ensuring the safety of everyone in our care as part of a kind and supportive team. You will be able to support our tenants to enjoy a range of activities, including cooking and other daily living skills and days out featuring walks and lunches. To be considered for this role you will need: · to be passionate about working with people in a care setting · to have proven experience of working with people with older adults in a work setting or by caring for a friend or relative. · to meet the personal care needs of tenants. · strong numeracy and literacy skills to complete basic calculations, undertake tasks such as shopping for residents, and maintain accurate records Further training will be available to help enhance your skills.
