Upvolt Oxfordshire Ltd T/A Solar KW is a well-established Solar PV Installation Company, installing Solar PV, Batteries, EV Chargers and a Bespoke Home Energy Management System within Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and bordering areas. We have over 14 years installation experience within the residential and small commercial Solar PV marketplace and have recently expanded to increase installation capacity due to a recent business acquisition.
We are seeking a Fully Qualified Electrician to take over the role as QS within our busy and expanding Solar business. You will become a key member of our experienced Solar Installation team conducting AC Electrical Work on day to day installations. You will be responsible for signing off your own AC Work through the Company NICEIC Portal. The work will mainly be residential with smaller commercial projects.
You will work alongside our Installation Manager, Existing Electrician and Solar Panel Installers, reporting to the Company Director and Office Staff. A previous background/experience installing Solar PV Inverters & Batteries would be an advantage; however, a Fully Qualified Electrician looking to get into Solar PV would be ideal. You will also commission Solar Inverters and Batteries, with onsite product training per specific inverter/battery brands as required.
The role includes a Fully Expensed Company Van, Company Clothing and 25 Days + Statutory Annual Holiday Entitlement. The Company is growing, so this role also presents the opportunity for future Management as our installation teams expand.
