We are seeking a highly proactive and commercially astute Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations and procurement across our group. Working closely with our Sales, Operations & Finance teams, you will take ownership of our product strategy, inventory management, and supplier relationships. This is a complex, high-impact role with significant scope for growth, requiring the ability to manage procurement across three separate legal entities, each with distinct credit facilities and P&Ls.

  • Strategic Procurement & Negotiation
    • Own procurement across our three entities, working with finance on separate forecasts, credit facilities, and P&Ls
    • Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, credit terms, and commercial strategy
    • Shape our product decisions and actively look for new supplier partnerships to grow our portfolio
    • Draft and manage commercial contracts — getting the right terms, holding suppliers to KPIs, and keeping risk low
  • Supply Chain & Logistics
    • Keep on top of stock levels, supplier forecasting, and warehousing across our sites
    • Spot supply chain risks early and act before they become problems
    • Use ERP and sales data to find efficiencies and bring clear recommendations to the leadership team
  • Working Across the Business
    • Work closely with Sales and Operations to make sure supply keeps pace with demand
    • Support our residential growth across the UK
    • Lead the supply chain setup for our upcoming commercial work — BESS, PV, heat pumps, and carports
