What you’ll do:
- Lead regulatory oversight: Stay abreast of developments from the FCA, DWP, and HMRC, assessing their impact on Upvest’s SIPP offerings.
- Solve complex technical queries: Act as the escalation point for technical referrals from our clients, ensuring clear resolution of complex pension cases.
- Drive product compliance: Work with internal stakeholders to analyse legislative changes especially with regards to Pensions Dashboard, and support the implementation of required updates to procedures and training notes.
- Enhance governance: Identify emerging risks within the SIPP market and support the delivery of strong governance solutions to mitigate poor customer outcomes.
- Coach and develop: Deliver technical training to staff, proactively contributing to the development of training materials to raise the "pension IQ" across the organisation.
- Manage external relationships: Serve as a key technical point of contact for external partners and professional financial advice firms when required. Act as a representative of Upvest at industry events.
What you’ll bring:
