What You’ll Do & Learn

– Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements

– Learn and apply key techniques such as stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys

– Map out business processes using BPMN or other visual modelling tools

– Creation of deliverables like Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

– Gain exposure to project lifecycles, predictive and agile frameworks

– Receive mentorship from experienced business analysts

Who You Are

– A recent graduate, career switcher, or early-career professional

– Studying or have completed a degree in business, data, IT, or a related field

– Curious about business systems, user needs, and process improvement

– Comfortable with basic documentation and communication tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Google Docs)

– Eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience in a real-world environment
