Upton Care Plus is seeking a Domiciliary Care Support Worker to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. You will support service users to maintain independence, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility and daily tasks, maintaining care records, following care plans and risk assessments, and reporting concerns promptly.
