Job Descriptions
- Sorting, grading, and preparing PCs, laptops, and monitors
- Working on day‑to‑day software installs, migrations, additions, and changes
- Checking internal components and cables for damage
- Testing, troubleshooting, and auditing devices
- Accurately updating stock in our inventory/PSA system
- Packing equipment safely for shipment
- Following technical documentation and processes
- Communicating clearly with customers and providing excellent service
- Maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
- Adhering to safety processes and correctly using PPE
What We Are Looking For
- A genuine interest in IT hardware — professional or hobbyist
- Great customer communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work under pressure
- Reliable, motivated, and able to learn quickly
- Comfortable working at pace in a target‑driven environment
