We’re hiring a motivated Junior BDR to join our growing sales team and help generate new opportunities within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market. This is an ideal role for someone energetic, confident on the phone, and eager to build a long‑term sales career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events
- Prospecting MSPs across the UK, US, Canada & Australia
- Making high-volume semi-qualified outbound calls (~700 per month)
- Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
- Creating fully qualified opportunities in the CRM
- Supporting occasional events and participating in monthly outreach days
What We’re Looking For
- Confident speaking to new people
- Resilient, positive, and target-driven
- Organised, proactive, and hungry to learn
- Technology Sales experience helpful but not essential
Earnings & Progression
- £26,000 per annum basic (possibly negotiable for the right person)
- Realistic OTE of £35k–£40k YR1
- Clear pathway: BDR → Junior BDM → BDM
