Base pay range: Competitive £60k base salary with a fully uncapped commission/OTE structure (£80‑100k realistic).
Role Overview: As Sales Manager you will take ownership of driving revenue growth and leading the sales team to exceed targets. You’ll collaborate proactively with marketing to generate pipeline, execute new ideas, and ensure the Uptime brand is highly visible across the MSP industry. Your role will be key in building lasting client relationships, identifying market trends, and serving as an engaging presence at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve/break revenue targets.
- Work closely with marketing to drive pipeline generation and campaign strategies.
