In this senior, consultative sales role focusing on expanding enterprise adoption, developing global partnerships, and positioning CCAM as the industry’s benchmark for workforce capability and operational resilience, you will own the global go-to-market strategy, develop and manage a high-value pipeline, cultivate C-level relationships, and drive revenue growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy for CCAM and related competency assurance solutions.
- Build, qualify, and manage a high-quality global pipeline (Americas, EMEA, APAC, China).
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across colocation, hyperscale cloud, telecom, enterprise, MSP, and mission‑critical sectors.
- Achieve annual revenue targets with disciplined forecasting and predictable conversion.
- Establish and grow strategic alliances to extend CCAM adoption and market reach.
- Create and manage joint business plans with global vendors and service providers.
- Enable reseller and channel partners through onboarding, sales enablement, co‑marketing, and joint GTM execution.
- Drive partner‑sourced pipeline and maintain strong commercial relationships with global channel stakeholders.
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Education Delivery, and Regional Sales to ensure global alignment.
- Provide market intelligence to guide product evolution and future skills assessment pathways.
- Serve as a global subject‑matter leader for competency assessment commercial strategy, influencing without direct line authority.
- Engage senior decision‑makers (VP, Director, C‑suite) to understand workforce capability, compliance, and human‑risk challenges.
- Position CCAM as a strategic driver of operational excellence and organisational transformation.
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles: presentations, workshops, proposals, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
- Manage renewals, upsells, and multi‑region CCAM deployments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity health through Salesforce.
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports, highlighting progress, risks, and next actions.
- Analyse market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback to optimise strategy.
- Use CRM and sales analytics to inform decision‑making and performance management.
- 5+ years of success in international sales, regional sales management, business development, or partner‑driven roles.
- Deep knowledge of the digital infrastructure ecosystem—data centres, cloud, networking, telecom, or mission‑critical operations.
- Proven experience developing and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across global markets.
- Strong track record closing complex, consultative, enterprise‑level solutions.
- Experience working with global vendor ecosystems, distributors, and reseller/channel networks.
- Expertise in solution selling, technical workforce development, or competency assessment programs (advantageous).
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM/analytics tools.
- Strategic, commercially minded, and skilled at building scalable global sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
