  • Work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Education Delivery, and Regional Sales to ensure global alignment.
  • Provide market intelligence to guide product evolution and future skills assessment pathways.
  • Serve as a global subject‑matter leader for competency assessment commercial strategy, influencing without direct line authority.
Client Relationship Management
  • Engage senior decision‑makers (VP, Director, C‑suite) to understand workforce capability, compliance, and human‑risk challenges.
  • Position CCAM as a strategic driver of operational excellence and organisational transformation.
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles: presentations, workshops, proposals, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage renewals, upsells, and multi‑region CCAM deployments.
