We are looking for a highly organized and dedicated Apprenticeship Coordinator to oversee all aspects of our apprenticeship program. The successful candidate will manage onboarding, creation of training plans, and support apprentices throughout their journey. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the program meets both apprentice and organisational needs while remaining compliant with regulatory standards. The position will work flexibly across the Corporate Development - Education Group, primarily focusing on Apprenticeships, with occasional involvement in MA and CCam.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up accounts for new apprentices and employers on Aptem (the platform we use for apprenticeships).
- Uploading apprenticeship details to external systems (e.g., ACE 360, Edexcel Online, Apprenticeship Service).
- Run monthly reports and follow up any resulting actions.
- Provide admin support to apprenticeship trainers.
- Respond to employer or apprentice queries by email or telephone.
- Liaise with colleagues and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
Knowledge, skills and behaviours:
- A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Develop and then maintain an in-depth understanding of the rules and regulations associated with government-funded apprenticeships.
- Develop and then maintain an in-depth understanding of the internal (Aptem, Salesforce) platforms and external platforms (ACE 360, Learner Record Service, Apprenticeship Service, Edexcel Online) used in apprenticeships.
- IT skills associated with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
