Our Junior Consultants perform a critical role for our clients and internal project team members. In this role, you will be client-facing, responsible for delivery and strong project management of client deliverables, providing client services that go the extra mile. This role also provides outstanding future career progression and potential. Your accountabilities include:

  • Project Management & Delivery: Plan for all client meetings and workshops, including agenda production, workshop preparation, writing up notes and sending outputs to clients with principals. Use project management tools to manage all projects allocated to you and anyone who reports to you. This will allow you to track time, budget, and project progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: Position yourself as the day-to-day contact with clients and invest time to build strong relationships, lead internal and external check-in meetings, and use your client knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
  • Content Creation & Consulting Support: Create the first drafts of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents for principal teams using your own experience and our internal libraries. Act as support facilitator to the principal team on small workshops and/or breakout sessions, presenting in an enthusiastic and positive manner.
  • Team Management: Manage a small team of Junior Analysts and/or Analysts, setting clear goals, delegating tasks and coaching them to deliver and succeed in their role at Uptake following the HR policies, practices and procedures.
