Upstream Solutions Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Manager to lead one of its workshop operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on keeping the hire fleet safe, compliant and available, and building a team that takes real pride in getting it right first time.
You’ll oversee service checks and major/minor repairs, lead recruitment and develop the workshop team, own health and safety and yard compliance, maintain training records, run toolbox talks, and analyse spend.
