The purpose of the role is to create and manage a regional program to improve Guardforce training of the contracted guards present at each EMEA site. The role would suit professionals with 3-5 years’ commercial or government working experience. Experience in corporate security is desirable but not mandatory. - Work with Amazon Learning team to build suitable training materials.
- Project manage the roll-out of new training system.
- Measure effectiveness of new system.
- Build mechanisms to ensure ongoing currency of training materials and 100% adoption by Guardforce.
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of the EMEA corporate security team.
- Collect, analyze and present on sub‑regional, regional or global metrics to inform regional leadership decision making and issues resolution. This includes but is not limited to operational and risk related data, incident data, audit and assurance.
- Assist regional operations team with high priority tasks and projects.
- Support Regional Operations Manager with evidence collection and data.
- Draft weekly, monthly, quarterly business review for senior leadership.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Behavior:

- Curious and proactive problem solver, comfortable working independently.
