Key Responsibilities

  • Support the kitchen team with food preparation and service
  • Learn to prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh, premium ingredients
  • Assist Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs across different sections of the kitchen
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
  • Help with stock rotation, deliveries and daily kitchen organisation
