Join us as a Chef De Partie and we can offer you a package of up to £12.51 per hour plus up to £4.00 per hour in Tip Jar!

We’re looking for a Chef De Partie to join our passionate brigade of food enthusiasts. You will be working as part of our team to deliver an authentic fresh food-based menu in one of the busiest Manhattan style steak houses in town. Immersed in the history of one of Chester’s iconic buildings on Watergate Street, we balance tradition with the contemporary for a truly unique dining experience. It’s a story of great steaks, classic cocktails, fine wine and unparalleled service delivered in elegant & relaxed surroundings.

As a Chef De Partie, we can take you on the journey to Head Chef for those that have ambition and provide a company culture that really cares and embraces work life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a brigade to deliver an authentic fresh food-based menu in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Support the kitchen team to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Contribute to a culture that balances tradition with contemporary dining.
