The team
You will be part of our Content team, comprising yourself, a Content Manager and Simone, our Head of Brand. The team sits within our multidisciplinary Global Marketing team, led by our Head of Marketing Giorgia. You will be based in our London office, which is one of five globally, alongside Paris, New York, Singapore and Berlin. You will work closely with your Marketing teammates in France, New York and London, as well as our Product, Sales and Client Solutions Consultants teams worldwide.
Team goals
We are seeking a strategic Senior Content Manager to own our narrative and establish UpSlide as the definitive voice in financial services productivity and AI software. This is a high-impact role focused on thought leadership and long‑form storytelling. You won’t just be writing; you’ll be the architect of multi‑channel campaigns, from deep‑dive industry reports to high‑stakes PR and webinars, that capture the attention of global finance leaders.
Your responsibilities
- Thought Leadership Strategy: Define in collaboration with the Head of Brand and execute a global editorial calendar that positions UpSlide at the intersection of finance and innovation.
- Multi‑Format Production: Lead the creation of research reports, whitepapers, PR stories, and webinar scripts.
- Performance Tracking: Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor performance and ensure our long‑form assets dominate search for key industry terms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to ensure content aligns with the product roadmap and sales cycles.
- AI Strategy: Use Generative AI tools strategically to streamline production, enhance research, and maintain a competitive edge in content velocity without sacrificing quality.
Tools you will use
- WordPress / Elementor
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs
- Generative AI + UpSlide
Your growth
You will have biannual appraisals and a clear path to progression within the brand team. You will report into the Head of Brand, and work closely with Designers and GTM teams, supporting us to shape the content function as we scale.
You are a great fit if you have:
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing (ideally with financial services exposure).
- Proven experience in project managing complex content (e.g., launching a research report from scratch).
- Deep familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- A sophisticated approach to Generative AI: you know how to prompt, edit, and strategise with AI to amplify your output.
- Excellent interviewing skills to extract insights from internal subject matter experts and external partners.
We’d love it if:
- You have a strong understanding of the finance sector (in particular Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, or Asset Management).
- Experience creating content for an AI brand.
- You have marketed to US audiences and are aware of how this differs from marketing to EU audiences.
If you don’t tick all the boxes but you think you’d be a great fit, please apply and tell us why.
Recruitment process

- An (ideally) in‑person case study review and interview with Giorgia, Head of Marketing [1h]
- Phone interview with our Design Director Florian to establish how you would collaborate with Design [30']
- Final phone interview with one of our C‑Suite, to establish if there is a good match with our values [30']
