We are looking for a Content Manager to join our wonderful marketing team at UpSlide. You will own our LinkedIn presence, run our employee advocacy programme, and build the sales assets our teams use to win deals at firms like PwC, KPMG, and Santander. We are a small content team with big ambitions, and we love finding unexpected ways to reach our audience.

Your responsibilities:
- Social & Community: Own and execute our LinkedIn strategy and day-to-day management via Oktopost, fostering a community of engaged users and prospects.
- Employee Advocacy: Empower UpSliders globally to share our story, providing them with ready-to-use content and strategic guidance.
- Sales Enablement: Design and iterate on high-performing pitch decks, case studies, and sales slides.
- SEO & Web: Support the wider team with SEO-optimised blog posts and web copy, using basic keyword research to drive traffic.
- Performance Tracking: Use Oktopost and Google Analytics to report on social ROI and content engagement.
- AI-Enhanced Creation: Proactively use Generative AI to brainstorm social hooks, draft copy variants, and create supporting imagery or assets efficiently.
Job requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS (Social Media or Content Marketing).
- Hands-on experience with Oktopost (or similar social tools) and WordPress.
- A passion for LinkedIn as a platform for B2B growth and advocacy.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- A "pioneer" mindset regarding Generative AI.
- Basic SEO knowledge (keyword placement, meta descriptions, etc.).
We’d love it if:
- You have a strong understanding of the finance sector (in particular Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, or Asset Management).
- You have marketed to US audiences and are aware of how this differs from marketing to EU audiences.
Recruitment process:
- First phone interview with Simone, Head of Brand, including a timed task.
- An (ideally) in-person case study review and interview with Giorgia, Head of Marketing.
- Phone interview with our Design Director Florian to establish how you would collaborate with Design.
- Final phone interview with one of our C-Suite, to establish if there is a good match with our values.
- We’ll conduct a reference check to learn how to thrive!
