The team will report to Giorgia, Head of Marketing, and will lead the Growth Marketing function, including Field Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Marketing Operations. You will also be responsible for managing external SEO and paid media agency partners.
As a senior leader within the Marketing team, you will work closely with Sales on pipeline generation, lead management and strategic account engagement, Product Marketing and the Head of Marketing on messaging, ICPs and long-term strategy, Content Marketing on integrated campaigns and thought leadership, Design for ad creatives and campaign planning, Customer Success on adoption, expansion and customer engagement programs, and RevOps on attribution, reporting and funnel optimization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing UpSlide's growth strategy to drive pipeline, opportunity creation and revenue growth across priority markets and segments.
- Owning marketing's contribution to commercial targets, ensuring programs are aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Partnering closely with GTM to improve lead generation, lead management, conversion rates and overall funnel performance.
- Developing and optimizing integrated programs across events, digital channels, lifecycle marketing and account-based initiatives.
- Owning the performance of marketing acquisition channels, including SEO and paid media, through effective agency management and investment decisions.
- Driving audience growth, engagement and conversion through lifecycle marketing programs and newsletters.
- Partnering with RevOps to improve attribution, reporting, automation and visibility across the buyer journey.
- Establishing a culture of experimentation, using data, AI and automation to improve performance and efficiency.
- Leading, developing and coaching a high-performing Growth team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
