Role Summary

This is a brand‑new role leading the Global Mid‑Market Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

The team spans the UK, France, and the US with 10‑15 Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Team leadership & coaching (40%)
  • Own aggregated ARR target across UK, France, and US.
  • Understand the team quickly and identify improvement areas.
  • Coach reps through shadowing, review calls, and direct feedback.
  • Run team rhythm: pipeline reviews, meetings, 1:1 coaching, sales challenges.
  • Process design & scale (35%)
  • Rebuild the Mid‑Market sales playbook for speed and simplicity.
  • Design a repeatable process to reduce sales cycle.
  • Partner with Rev Ops on data, segmentation, and territory definition.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead generation and pipeline.
  • Strategic partnership with leadership (25%)
  • Operate with full autonomy and report directly to CCO.
  • Bring external benchmarks for Mid‑Market sales.
  • Represent the Mid‑Market segment in cross‑functional planning.

  • Qualification
  • 2+ years managing junior‑to‑mid Level Account Executives, 5+ years total sales experience.

  • Full professional fluency in English; comfortable with Salesforce, Gong, Power BI or equivalent.
