HR Advisor required to join expanding function in a dynamic and fast paced modern production environment. You will be an Employee Relations focused HR Professional able to support operational leaders with a variety of challenges such as performance issues, absence and employee grievances advising managerial stakeholders on appropriate course of action in line with HR Policy.
You will combine prior experience within a HR advisory/management role with excellent coaching and communication skills enabling you to build strong stakeholder relationships. This role is full of variety and not only will you never be bored, you will be pivotal in driving a cooperative and inclusive employee culture while supporting and coaching leaders through queries, investigations and disciplinary processes through to successful outcomes.
